The Global Safety Assurance group has been developed to improve how we create and manage the Reckitt product safety risk profiles and standardise the associated processes and Standard Operating Procedures across Reckitt.

You will drive the global signal management process implementation and signal data application for product safety core risk analysis, risk minimisation activity development and communication, as well as support signal detection systems deployment, maintenance, statistical data analysis protocols and training.

You’ll succeed because…

…you will perform analysis of signal detection data methodologies and statistical systems, and application of data to the product safety benefit-risk analysis process, risk minimisation and effective data/safety messaging communication. Responsibilities:

•    Has working knowledge of global signal detection/management guidance and regulations.

•    Performs core signal management activities including routine surveillance and signal validation.

•    Implements and follows the overall signal management surveillance process and strategy across all Reckitt products (including medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and other products).

•    Develops ad hoc signal evaluation procedures for accessible data report outputs.

•    Collaborates with project teams as required on the interpretation and incorporation of adverse event signal management data into product design review, benefit-risk analysis, and risk minimisation design and communication.

•    Continually monitors and explores signal detection methodologies, systems, tools and data analysis/synthesis protocols to adapt and enhance the Reckitt signal detection surveillance systems and processes.

•    Produces product- or project-specific surveillance programmes as required.

•    Effectively communicates and escalates emerging safety signals as appropriate.

Ability to analyse complex statistical data and methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex statistical data and models in a concise and accessible manner.
