As both an inward and outward facing role, you will need to be able to build trust and positive relationships, quickly and with a variety of people, groups, and other organisations. Your innovative approach will be founded on a thorough understanding of how to practically apply equality legislation, codes of practice, regulations, case law and good practice. And it goes without saying that you will need to demonstrate the commitment to embedding EDI and our organisational values into everything we do.

If you are a leader determined to make a difference by promoting and influencing others to ensure a culture of equality that values, promotes and celebrates diversity in the workplace, we’d love to hear from you!
